How do I cancel?
In settings, one click. It's effective immediately, and your plan stays fully usable through the period you've paid for. That click is the whole process — there's nothing to sit through and no one to convince.
What if I pay and regret it?
Your first purchase carries a 14-day money-back window — ask inside it and we return the money. After that, cancelling stops all future charges and your plan runs out the period you paid for.
Will I know before I'm charged again?
Yes. An email reaches you before every quarterly renewal, and before your first monthly renewal — early enough to cancel with one click.
What happens when I hit a cap?
That one feature waits until your monthly reset — the date is right on the meter. Everything else keeps running: sweeps, pipeline, JD archive, your existing résumés, every past coach session. A full meter changes what you can do this month, never what you owe.
Is the coach worse on the Casual plan?

What counts as a coach session?
One conversation with the coach, start to finish. A session can run up to 25 exchanges — a full working session — and when it gets there, the coach wraps it up properly rather than stopping mid-thought. The meter only counts sessions you start: once you're in one, nothing interrupts it. On Casual, the coach meets you in one full onboarding session — the same coach, at the same length.
