1. What CareerCorner is

CareerCorner is a job-search workspace: a pipeline for tracking applications and an AI coach that works with the career materials you give it. It is in alpha: the product changes quickly, and features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.

2. Plans and billing

CareerCorner has a free plan and paid plans, billed monthly or quarterly. Current prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.

Payments are handled by a dedicated payment processor. Your card details go to the processor, not to us; we never see or store them. Paid plans are currently available in the United States only.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. We email you before every quarterly renewal and before your first monthly renewal. Reaching a plan's usage limit never creates an extra charge: limits pause, they don't bill.

You can cancel in Settings with one click. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan with all your data intact.

If a paid plan is not working out, tell us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it, no questions asked.

If prices change, we will tell you by email before any change affects what you pay. We will never charge you silently.

Promotional pricing (like an early-adopter discount) applies for the period stated with the offer; after that period, the standard price applies.

3. Your account

• Give us accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old.
• CareerCorner is available in the United States (including US territories). Accounts registered from elsewhere aren't supported yet: the product only covers US job postings today.

4. Your content

The job descriptions, notes, résumés, career history, and messages you put into CareerCorner are yours. You give us permission to store and process them for one purpose: running the service for you (including processing it with the AI features you use; see the Privacy Policy). We claim no other rights to your content. If you connect an outside AI assistant to your account, you are instructing us to send it the content it asks for on your behalf, and what happens to that content afterwards is between you and whoever runs it. Don't submit content you have no right to use, and don't submit other people's personal data without their permission.

5. AI outputs are not professional advice

The coach and other AI features generate suggestions that can be wrong, incomplete, or a bad fit for your situation. They are not career, legal, or financial advice, and no output is a promise of any job outcome. Decisions about what to apply to, what to say, and what to sign are yours.

6. Job data from third parties

Job postings and company data may come from third-party providers. We don't control them and can't guarantee a posting is accurate, current, or real. Verify before you rely on it.

7. Acceptable use

Don't: break the law with the service; probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with it; try to access other users' data; resell or white-label it; or use it to spam or mislead anyone. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

8. Availability and your data

Alpha software breaks sometimes. We aim to keep the service up and your data safe (see Data Security), but we offer no uptime guarantee (no SLA). Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9. Ending things

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time through the in-product feedback form. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we can wind down the service. If we ever do, we will give you notice and time to retrieve your data.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, tell you in the product or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
